With more than 30 years of managerial and professional experiences, Hotasi is involved in various industrial sectors including finance, infrastructure, construction, transportation, logistics and energy. He graduated as an engineer from ITB and earned two masters, civil engineering and technology policy, from MIT. In the aviation industry, Hotasi held managerial positions at PT Garuda Airlines Indonesia, CEO of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta and PT Cardig Aero Service.
He played a role in the development of international cargo services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, as well as pre-and post-flight, ground-handling and new-management talent services. His other achievement is the development of Labuan Bajo Airport which involves Changi Airport International. This consortium is not only seeking airport development, since it worked developing local ecosystems to support tourism. Hotasi also became one of the advisory teams for the development of Dhoho Airport, Kediri.
Sutan began his career at Deutsche Bank before making notable contributions to the aviation industry, where he worked across various areas including airlines, logistics, aviation training, service blueprinting, service culture, brand valuation, brand management, sales skills, sales management, and talent pool. His next career as Director of Brand Finance established him as a leading expert in brand development.
With his broad experience and deep understanding of Indonesian industries and sectors, Sutan is able to analyze market trends and offer valuable insights. He also played a key role in fostering partnerships with local governments to launch new airline routes that contributed to regional economic growth, earning him the trust to lead KADIN as Director of Business.

Dony, an Industrial Engineering graduate from ITB, has a wealth of experience in the aviation industry, specializing in finance, marketing, and human resources development. He started his career at Merpati Airlines, managing procurement and then finance functions. He also played a pivotal role in the creation and expansion of BIJB Kertajati.
His contributions to the aviation industry continued at PT CAS Dirgantara, where he was key in driving business development. Furthermore, Dony led major human resources restructuring initiatives at IAS as Airport Holding of Business Support, demonstrating his strong capabilities in organizational development and strategic management.
