Hotasi Nababan
Airport and Aviation expert
With more than 30 years of managerial and professional experiences, Hotasi is involved in various industrial sectors including finance, infrastructure, construction, transportation, logistics and energy. He graduated as an engineer from ITB and earned two masters, civil engineering and technology policy, from MIT. In the aviation industry, Hotasi held managerial positions at PT Garuda Airlines Indonesia, CEO of PT Merpati Nusantara Airlines, PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta and PT Cardig Aero Service.
He played a role in the development of international cargo services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, as well as pre-and post-flight, ground-handling and new-management talent services. His other achievement is the development of Labuan Bajo Airport which involves Changi Airport International. This consortium is not only seeking airport development, since it worked developing local ecosystems to support tourism. Hotasi also became one of the advisory teams for the development of Dhoho Airport, Kediri.
Luwandiko graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He got his bachelor and master degrees in Civil Engineering, focusing on Transportation Engineering and has been working in the airport planning and design field since 2015.
He has conducted many kinds of projects related to airport airside facilities such as runway maintenance and runway pavement strength analysis. Some of these projects include: Basic Design of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Basic Design of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and also Airport Pavement Maintenance Program in several airports across Indonesia.

Dea Putri
Business Development
Having a five-years experience as a tourism business manager in Bali, opened a new understanding for Dea as well as her previous career in being a social researcher. A graduate of Anthropology from the University of Indonesia (UI) and winner of the Australian Award in Business Program, she is heavily involved in research related to the tourism industry and Indonesian consumer habits.
Dea is experienced in processing and reviewing pre-qualification documents, contracts and tender proposals for the aviation industry. One of them is the tender process for Labuan Bajo Airport. Dea has a deep understanding of the structure of the aviation business. This allows her to identify problems and business development strategies. Similarly, in formulating policy proposals when working with the government and the community.
